Excel is a powerful tool to help you sort through data, and it’s not just for Accountants. With just a little practice, one can use excel to analyze and compare data, arrange and track information, filter data, and apply conditional formatting, just for starters.

Most professional organizations use Outlook to manage email and calendars.

At first glance, Gmail seems to only offer the option to attach pictures to an outgoing email. However, the option to embed the image appears when you move your mouse cursor over the appropriate location. This Insert Photos option inserts the image directly in the body of the text, so it is immediately visible.

Setting an auto-reply is a great way to manage your email when you are not able to check email and want those who sent an email to know not to expect a response right away.

Leaving a lasting impression is hard.  Doing it at the end of an email is even harder.
