With the file open (Word, Pages, etc.), click File\/Print<\/p>\n

- At the bottom of the print screen, click the drop-down arrow where it says “PDF”<\/li>\n
- Click Save as PDF<\/li>\n
- Click Print<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

- Open the PDF document in Preview<\/li>\n
- Choose File > Export as PDF and save the PDF under any name.<\/li>\n
- Open the saved PDF in Preview.<\/li>\n
- Now select File > Print > PDF > Save as PDF<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
