{"id":6328,"date":"2023-11-27T11:08:29","date_gmt":"2023-11-27T16:08:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.richmond.edu\/lawlibrary\/?p=6328"},"modified":"2023-11-27T12:32:26","modified_gmt":"2023-11-27T17:32:26","slug":"spring-2023-exam-seating-and-study-spaces","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/create.richmond.edu\/lawlibrary\/?p=6328","title":{"rendered":"Fall 2023 Exam Seating and Study Spaces"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As you prepare for exams and consider where you will sit in the library, we&#8217;ve updated diagrams of library spaces to show you the range of options.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/create.richmond.edu\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/50\/2023\/02\/Fall-2023-Exam-Diagrams.pdf\">Browse floor plan images in this PDF document with all details<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Across four floors, we provide these seating options:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Open seats for exams:<\/strong> 1st floor Reading Room<\/li>\n<li><strong>Seats to reserve: <\/strong>basement, 2nd floor<\/li>\n<li><strong>Study Rooms for groups or work on final papers\/projects<\/strong>: 14 rooms across 3 floors<\/li>\n<li><strong>An area for quiet conversations, lunch and relaxed seating<\/strong>: 1st floor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>During the reading week and two weeks of exams, we will restrict library access to only law students.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>: For any unmarked areas, we will keep these spaces as quiet as possible.
