I started work at the University of Richmond in the summer of 2020, in the middle of the pandemic. It was quite a moment to transition into a new role at a new institution in a city I had never visited. It was also during this time that the Faculty Hub space first opened. Fast-forward, and I can’t believe it’s been over six years. Each year has brought new challenges, but also new connections, new collaborations, and new opportunities to learn from and with the faculty and students at UR. This past year was no different.
We would like to share our 2025-2026 Year in Review. In keeping with the structure of our weekly newsletter, we organized our Year in Review the same way, offering a glimpse behind the scenes. In addition to highlighting the year’s programs and projects, each member of the Hub team reflects on the past year and shares something they are especially proud of, excited about, or energized by. I hope you will find a moment to pause and reflect on year seven along with us.
