If you’re interested in international law (or in a class with Professor Giorgetti), we have an exciting resource to highlight! International Law Chats, a podcast co-hosted by Richmond Law’s own Professor Chiara Giorgetti, offers students a fascinating deep dive into real-world developments in international law.
Produced by the American Branch of the International Law Association (“ABILA”), International Law Chats features conversations with leading scholars and practioners working at the forefront of international legal practice. Episodes are released on the first Monday of each month and explore timely topics in international, comparative, and public interest law.
Recent episodes have covered subjects such as the International Court of Justice’s advisory opinion on climate change, international health law, and ongoing negotiations toward a proposed Crimes Against Humanity treaty. The podcast also includes an annual review episode examining major international law developments from the past year while looking ahead to emerging legal challenges on the global stage.
