Holland & Knight 1L Mentoring Program: Have you ever considered working in the Sunshine State but do not know much about Florida’s legal industry? Holland & Knight’s Fort Lauderdale, Jacksonville, Miami, Orlando, Tallahassee, Tampa, and West Palm Beach offices invite current 1L students interested in learning more about the Florida market to participate in our 1L Mentoring Program. Selected students will be matched with a Holland & Knight attorney mentor who will provide insight into the legal profession and guidance on connecting with the Florida legal community. This flexible program allows mentors and mentees to choose when and how to stay connected, whether through in-person meetings, virtual meetings, emails, or phone calls.
